As said in the documentation http://www.lupopensuite.com/info4.htm you can use tools like Regshot, RegMon and FileMon to check if the app save some files or keys. The other way is to contact the author and ask to him (and eventually recommend to create an official portable version of the app). If you find the author email you can think to write him.
