The language files in Lupo-version of Faststone Image Viewer are missing (empty languages directory).
The language files can be obtained from the developers site portable version.

Languages are included in language packs and automatically added during the Suite update (or manually available to download and add from each software page of our project).
Anyway probably they will be included in the next release for this software, given that it has a particular structure.
