mindmap application in lupo pensuite

i don't seem to find any mindmap applications. could the following be addressed:

1) can other portable apps, say from portableapps.com be copied to lupo pensuite be made to work as part of the lupo pensuite
2) if there is any mindmap applications, could someone point me to the link for download(s)
3) i was actually looking for a portable version of freemind.
