Lupo PenSuite v6.62

This is not a minor release: it includes some new apps (MediaInfo, SQLiteSpy, Vispa...), many important updates, some bug fixes and 3 new tools to manage the Suite more easily:
- the "Update Checker", a tool to verify the presence of new Suite releases and download them
- the "Setting Updater", that permit to transfer application setting files from the previous release to the next one
- the "Icon Switcher", to switch icon sets of the Suite menu.
