I'm have problem in "custom windows title". How do i change this title?

Note: it allow you only to change the title of the launcher window, so to the window you can see clicking on ASuite (and not to the skin itself). If you want a customized skin, you can think to create it with a software like GIMP. In this topic you can find some more info and from here you can download an example of multi-layer image.
