Suite menu always open?

Hi, I want to know, how I can fix the suite always open.
The menu must always open in a window.

In Options of the main Suite launcher you can find settings to fix it ("Show window on startup" and "Show trayicon menu on startup").

IMHO you get only the Icon and the menu open only once and close then. I need the menu always open
a different prob: if I change the asuite.xml , why reverse the suite always the changes. for example, i want to have one more my... folder.

The Suite launcher is based on ASuite http://www.lupopensuite.com/db/asuite.htm
We have reorganized this software, but not recompiled it. What you can do with the actual launcher version is to keep always open its window (clicking on "Show ASuite") and you couldn't keep always open its skinned menu.
To have more features (like always opened menu and more items on the right list of the menu) you have to require them to the ASuite developer on this forum http://www.salvadorsoftware.com/forum/
Then, when a new ASuite release is available, we update it also in our Suite.
