oh, yeah, installation problem(s)

Tried to update LPS v.2011.04 to v.2012, but after all procedures (successfully ended), when started new suit got these two messages:

I read about "no active doc" and the unicode issue (faq), but there's no unicode characters in start menu, and more interesting is the first pic, totally mystic .

Any suggestion?

P.S. WinXP, regularly updated, using LPS at least 4 y. without install. problemos.
