Error message

Hello, hope you can help me.

I'm using Lupo PenSuite for about a year now and this morning I downloaded Ver. 2010.02_zero, installed it on my Flash-drive and added a few of my apps I made a backup of.
So it was working just fine, later I rebooted, tried to start Lupo pensuite and got three error messages.





I'm using Win7 and the USB drive is formatted in NTFS.

This is a known problem that some other users have reported me, an internal error of the main Suite launcher (asuite). Unfortunately the launcher author doesn't answer me and seems to have stopped development again.
You could help me to understand the problem and find a solution. Firstly (I sent you my email with a PM), you could send me the "Launcher" folder zipped, to try to check what is the problem. Than, under "Launcher\Backup" folder you can find backups of your Suite menu: you could try to rename one of them as "ASuite.xml" and place it in "Launcher" folder.

After some tests, the problem seems that the main launcher supports only "normal" european characters (unicode not supported) and generate these errors if are used not supported characters.
