It would be nice if it is possible to define environment variables in the configuration for start.exe (either global or individual for every application).
This could be be usable to
  • extend PATH to a directory on stick (to use gpg.exe, cygwin tools or other command line tools)
  • set USERPROFILE or HOME to a directory on stick
  • overwrite TEMP or TMP to Ramdisk or directory on stick
  • set path to a opened truecrypt or FreeOTFE directory

These environment variables should be exported to started applications and also substitue Parameters .

Another question or wish: Is there any known possibility to install a portable ramdisk driver.

I could consider to implement it in future, eventually in connection with the new major release of ASuite..

About the ramdisk driver, I think it is not possible.. but I'll search on the web.
